EULA - End User License Agreement

TIME DOCTOR END USER SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

Please read carefully before using this product. If you do not agree to any of the terms and conditions you should not use the software. Installing or using the software indicates that you have accepted these conditions and are bound by this license agreement.

The product is provided without any warranties and Time Doctor disclaims any implied warranty of the product for any purpose.

Time Doctor LLC €œTime Doctor€ grants you the €œCustomer€ a non exclusive license to use Time Doctor with the following conditions outlined below:

1. You must be 13 years or older to use this service.
2. You should provide your full legal name and a valid email address and other information as requested during the signup process.
3. You must use one login only for one person. Shared logins are not permitted.
4. Time Doctor is not responsible for the security of your account login and password. Time Doctor will not be liable for any damage resulting from failure to comply with your security obligation.
5. You cannot use the Time Doctor service for any illegal purpose, and you cannot use the service to violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
6. You are responsible for canceling your account and the only accepted way to do this is via a close account link on the Admin page of your account.
7. Your account will be deleted immediately upon cancellation and you cannot recover any information in the account.
8. Time Doctor have the right at our discretion to terminate your account or refuse service for any reason.
9. You use the Time Doctor service at your own risk. Time Doctor does not warrant that the service will: (a) meet your requirements (b) be error free (c) meet your expectations and (d) that errors will be corrected
10. You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or resell any part of the time Doctor service without express written permission.
11. You agree that Time Doctor will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, data loss, other intangible losses, the cost of substitute goods or service, and any matter relating to the use of the Time Doctor service.
12. The failure of Time Doctor to exercise or enforce any right or provision in this agreement does not constitute a waiver of this right or provision. The Terms of Service is an entire agreement between you and Time Doctor and supersedes any prior agreement between you and Time Doctor.
13. The software may be distributed freely as long as it is not modified at all.
14. No person can charge a fee for the distribution of the software without the written permission of Time Doctor.
15. Time Doctor at all times retains all rights, title and intellectual property rights to Time Doctor.
16. As part of using the Time Doctor service, information will be sent from the Time Doctor desktop application to the Time Doctor server. This information includes but is not limited to: A list of web sites visited and applications used, list of activities performed on the person€™s computer, email address and password, operating system, browser version and screenshots of your computer screen every 3 minutes. This information will be stored in the Time Doctor servers and transmitted to person€™s who are allocated as managing you in the system. You agree to the transmission of this data.
17. The agreement will be governed by the laws of the United States of America and any litigation that may arise be in the courts located in Nevada, U.S.A.
18. You may terminate the agreement at any time by cancelling your Time Doctor account and uninstalling Time Doctor desktop application on your computer.
YOU THE CUSTOMER HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
